Athénée Palace Hilton in Bucharest has reopened its Roberto’s restaurant, following renovation works that started at the beginning of the year. The Italian cuisine restaurant is the second Roberto’s restaurant in the chain, modeled after the one in the Amsterdam Hilton.
The Roberto’s in Bucharest is the hotel’s primary restaurant, with a capacity to host up to 130 people, while also offering an exclusive private dining room for 14 people,
The re-opening of Roberto’s Restaurant is part of extensive refurbishment works at the hotel’s s ground floor, the lobby area adjacent to Roberto’s, the Colonnade, and Cafe Athénée.
“It is my pleasure to offer the best of traditional Italian cuisine in a pure, simple,
authentic style. Buon Appetito!” said Gabriele Savini, the new Italian executive chef
of Athénée Palace Hilton Bucharest.
“I look forward to re-introducing Roberto’s to the Bucharest community. The fine
food, stylish design and prime location in the heart of Bucharest will undoubtedly
make it a key eatery in the city,” said Linda Griffin, general manager of the hotel.
