What are your main achievements within the company since you hold this position?

One of our greatest achievements has been the transformation of our office department, transitioning from a boutique agency to a market leader. Back in 2007, when I began collaborating with Echinox, now Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, our market share in office leasing transactions was below 10%. However, by 2023, we had succeeded to significantly increase our presence in the transaction market with nearly 115,000 sqm intermediated, representing 25% of the total office take-up.

In your opinion what makes a woman to be successful in business?

One of my favorite quotes is, “The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary.” I have always been in a continuous learning process, aiming to constantly accumulate experiences, information, and new relationships. Obstacles have not demotivated me; I was too busy.

What is your major professional achievement in your entire career?

The greatest success in one’s professional life is always the most recent one. In the previous year, I had the privilege of facilitating some of the largest transactions in the real estate market. I provided advise to one of the leading companies of Fortune 500 companies list, assisting them in renewing leases for a total of 26,000 sqm across two office buildings in Bucharest.
