What are your main achievements within the company since you hold this position?

I believe that the role of any manager is to enhance the company’s profit. However, if, by doing so, one also manages to create and lead a united and dedicated team, this is definitely a plus. In addition, finding the time and resources to care about special projects, be it mentoring, volunteering or any means to give back to society and the environment, it is a true bonus. I can proudly say that all of the above have been my achievements since I joined the company: the results, the team and the ESG component.

In your opinion, what makes a woman to be successful in business?

The attributes that make anyone successful in business, be it a woman or a man, are good knowledge of what they are doing, seriousness, always strategizing and knowing how to communicate to the team and setting clear goals. A successful manager needs to be flexible and adaptable and have a high degree of understanding, both for situations but especially for people.

What is your major professional achievement in your entire career?

I consider my utmost professional achievement split in two: one is the perception of the outside business world, and, in this case, what matters most is my reputation as a professional, something that was earned with years of hard work, and the other one is my personal satisfaction for the path I have followed thus far, a bumpy road marked however by lots of learnings, which yielded all my career achievements.
