Adrian Racasan joined Netcity in 2012 and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Netcity since 2016, after previously holding the positions of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Adrian Racasan has over 15 years of experience in the IT&C industry, including over 10 years in management positions within well-known industry players such as UPC Romania or Astral Telecom. He holds an Engineering degree in Computers and Systems and an MBA degree from BBS/CNAM Paris.

Ioana Ciocan is the General Manager of Art Safari Bucharest, Vice-president of Visual Artists’ Union of Romania and independent curator. Art Safari Bucharest, the largest art event in Romania had more than 120.000 visitors in the previous five editions (2014-2018) - artsafari.ro. Among many others, we have partnered with Centre Pompidou, Louis Vuitton Foundation, and Blain|Southern. We are also lending heritage artworks from the Romanian Art Museums and private collections.
During her architectural studies, Tamina had international learning and professional experiences in Belgium and Shanghai. In 2012, she was a member of Calup project, a series of cultural events aiming at temporary reconversion of unused buildings of Bucharest. In 2015, Tamina co-founded Nod makerspace. While in 2016, she co-founded Grassrouts/La firul ierbii, a public debate center.
