Echo Investments brings new Polish retailer to Korona shopping mall

House will be the third brand the Polish retailer will bring to Romania, after being already present with fashion labels Reserved and Cropp Town. Apart from these, the retailers runs stores under the Mohito, Esotiq and Promostars brands. Echo Investment is owned by Michal Solowow, 45, Poland's richest businessman, who was 652th in the Forbes billionaire ranking last year, with a fortune of EUR 1.9 billion. He owns participations in chemical company Dwory, ceramic maker Cersanit, developer Echo Investment, flooring company Barlinek and chemical company Synthos, among others. The Romanian city of Brasov hosts several shopping centers, including Magnolia Shopping Center, owned by Miller Developments, Unirea Shopping Center, belonging to the Adamescu family, Eliana Mall, owned by Israeli investor Maor Zinger, and MacroMall.
