Property management makes up EUR 160 mln local market

Some 339 of the firms operate in Bucharest. Out of the EUR 160 million local facility management market, some EUR 70 million is covered by specialized companies which offer outsourced services. By way of comparison, in the European Union this market makes up some EUR 440 million, with 60 percent covered by specialized companies. ROFMA was founded in Romania by Archibus, BSS, MT&T, ISS, Drees & Sommer, Coral Construct and CB Richard Ellis.
