Conarg sells 80 percent of Rasarit de Soare project

Conarg Real Estate, the developer of the Rasarit de Soare compound, sold 250 apartments in the project in the second half of last year through the First House program, the company has announced. In total, around 85 percent of the owners of sold apartments in the project financed their acquisitions through mortgages, according to Conarg Real Estate. So far, the developer has sold 80 percent of the 988 apartments, with around 200 apartments still up for sale.

The best sold apartments were studios and two-room apartments, which go for around EUR 39,000 and EUR 65,000 respectively, VAT not included.

Conarg Real Estate was set up in 2006 and has so far delivered 1,300 residential units in Quadra Place and Rasarit de Soare.
