Israeli Roseman Engineering, which has recently entered the Romanian market, is looking at investing up to EUR 53 million in equipping gas stations in Romania with its fuel consumption monitoring devices. The Israeli company has partnered a local firm, Rom International, which used to provide real estate services. The firm is now trying to capture market share in Romania by selling fleet management and fuel retail management solutions.
