Omilos to build big box in Iasi retail project

Real estate developer Omilos Group has signed two new leasing contracts for stores in Era Shopping Park Oradea retail project. Retailer Bam Boo and Cere Bello have both leased retail spaces in the project. The developer has also received the permits to build a 2,500-sqm big box unit within another project, Era Shopping Park Iasi, which will be leased to a sportswear retailer. This should be opened by the end of 2010.

Omilos opened the first phase of the shopping center in Oradea last year, after launching the first phase of its Iasi project in 2008.
