Baneasa commercial area adds EUR 22 million new facilities

Baneasa Developments is expanding the Baneasa commercial area with three new investments amounting to EUR 22 million. They are a multiplex cinema, a family entertainment center (bowl, billiard, video games and other fun facilities) and a gas station. The three new investments will add a total of 25,000 sqm to the Baneasa commercial area. The multiplex cinema is an estimated investment of EUR 19 million and adds a total of 15,000 sqm to Baneasa Shopping City. The family entertainment area will have a surface of 4.000 m2 and requires a EUR 1 million investment. The gas station investment will amount to EUR 2 million, with construction expected to begin this year.
