Software Development & Consulting (SDC) posted a turnover of EUR 12 million last year, having increased its business from EUR 7.7 million in 2008. This year the company aims to up the figure by 50 percent. According to the company’s data, last year 60 percent of its revenues came from the private sector and 40 percent from the public sector.
“We’re aiming to become one of the top three players on the market of software solution integrators in Romania,” said Mihai Popescu, general manager of SDC. In 2008, the company had a turnover of above EUR 10 million.
The firm’s turnover in the first quarter of 2010 surpassed USD 6.5 million, a 65 percent growth compared to the same period last year. This growth trend appeared following a business strategy for offering solutions centered on optimizing activity and the consumption of organization resources.
The most important growth took place in the area of the company’s own services and solutions, including the eDoc product and the
document management and ERP divisions.
