Construction works on residential project Obor Towers have finished, and the developer is moving to the delivery stage of the project, which is accommodating its first inhabitants from July 1.
The project is made up of 125 apartments, 55 of which have already been sold. Prices of flats in the project start at EUR 63,800 plus VAT for a studio, and go up to EUR 194,000 plus VAT for a four-room apartment.
The residential project required a total investment of EUR 12.5 million. It is owned by Digal Investments & Holdings, a company listed on the Tel Aviv stock exchange.
