Adama completes works on first Evocasa Optima building

Developer Adama has finished construction works on the first building of the Evocasa Optima project, the company has announced. Evocasa Optima includes six buildings, and the developer has invested EUR 14 million in the first stage.

The block has 83 two- and three- room apartments, and is 80 percent occupied with 14 homes left available. Adama has a partnership with Bank Leumi for those wishing to take out credit to buy a property in the project.

At the end of 2009 Adama completed the first stage of the Evocasa Completa project in Bacau, and in February 2010 it finished the first Evocasa Armonia building. In April of this year the developer inaugurated the Evocasa Selecta project in Bucharest and in July it finished the Evocasa Orizont project in Ploiesti.
