The branding agency with the most consistent turnover in 2009 has announced today that it has created a new position, that of development director, filled by Radu Toncu (in picture).
The agency’s new development director has an experience of 16 years in marketing, trade-marketing and communication and has previously worked in advertising agencies as well as in larger companies and consultancy firms.
Among the clients that Toncu has worked with throughout his career are Antena 1, Brau Union, Connex, ING Bank, Kraft, P&G, Philip Morris, Philips, SAB Miller, Sony-Ericsson, Starfoods and Zapp. While at Romtelecom, Toncu was marketing services manager and coordinated the activity of the marketing and communication team on the business sector.
Presently, Grapefruit has 16 employees in its two offices, in Bucharest and Iasi. The agency has been present on the Romanian market for 11 years and is currently market leader with a turnover of EUR 690,000 in 2009.
