Leaua si Asociatii reports revenues of EUR 5.3 mln for last year

Leaua and Asociatii law firm has registered revenues of EUR 5.3 mln last year, representing more than 90 percent more than 2009’s results.

“Consultancy was the start segment last year bringing a 200 percent hike in revenues and volume compared with the previous year. The factors which lead to this result were the team and the fact that we delivered consultancy on specialized areas of expertise as for instance strategic infrastructure and aviation,” said Alexandru Stanciu, partner with Leaua si Asociatii.

He added: “Only for the aviation sector we offered counseling in 7 projects with a total value of more than USD 42 million.”

The law firm offers legal services in litigation and arbitrage cases. The firm has entered the legal fiscal consultancy segment by introducing a new key team member, Gheorghe Matei, formed GM of Legal Department in the Finance Ministry.

Currently, Leaua si Asociatii counts 21 lawyers. According to Crenguta Leaua, managing partner at Leaua si Asociatii, the law firm plans to increase the team by 25 percent this year.
