Belgian trio Hooverphonic are coming to Romania and will perform in Bucharest, at Fratelli Studios, on June 10. The band, known for hits as Eden, Mad About You, 2 Wicky, Vinegar and Salt or the cover after Depeche Mode’s Shake The Disease, will come to Romania with their new lead singer, Noemie Wolfs.
The band launched The Night Before single with the band last year, in October, with their new lead singer. The eponymous album was released in November and received a platinum record in Belgium, the band’s birth place.
Hooverphonic have released seven studio albums so far: A New Stereophonic Sound Spectacular (1996), Blue Wonder Power Milk (1998), The Magnificent Tree (2000), Hooverphonic presents Jackie Cane (2002), No More Sweet Music (2005), The President of the LSD Golf Club (2007), The Night Before (2010), the live album Sit Down and Listen to Hooverphonic (2003), as well as a singles compilation Singles ’96 – ’06 (2006).
Tickets cost RON 110 (for Ring access) or RON 180 (on the podium, with access to tables) and may be purchased in the Eventim network at Germanos, Vodafone, Orange stores or Carturesti and Humanitas libraries. Tickets may also be purchased online at www.eventim.ro and may also be bought in two interest rates at the Events (Lascar Catargiu Str. 15 A) or Eventim headquarters (Polona Str. 15). The concert is organized by Events.
