Romanian Natural History Museum Grigore Antipa has started a photographic challenge among Bucharesters. Preparing for its soon-to-come opening, the museum invites photographers to take pictures of a Bucharest wild animal and then send it to concurs@antipa.ro July 7. The winners will receive an invitation for two for Antipa Museum’s opening.
Details about the contest may be found on the museum’s site (where there are also listed some of Bucharest’s wild animals) or on the event’s Facebook page (here and here).
Moreover, the museum has started a campaign throughout the city with wild animals arrangements, mixing sound and color so as to transport passers-by to the heart of nature. Currently, these may be found in the pedestrian passage at the University Square (Universitate).
