Linkage opens first office in Bucharest

Linkage Inc., specialized in strategic consulting on leadership development and talent management, announced the opening of the first office of the company, located in Bucharest.

“The opening of the Bucharest office is a strategic decision for our company and a natural evolution in the plans to expand to South- Eastern Europe. We strongly believe in the potential of the Romanian market and in our local partner,” said Harley Ostis, CEO of Linkage International.

The Romanian office will offer strategic consultancy and training, being led by Daniel Stamin and Ion Udrea.

”We target both large companies such as multinationals but also small companies for which we wish to start an education in this sense,”says Ion Udrea, managing partner in Linkage Romania.

”In 2012, the market is starting to recover after the crisis. There is competition on the Romanian market in many industries and fields and there will be permanent need for specialists who should help with the growth in competitivity, productivity, understanding the market at a local level or the global trends. (…) The market of training and consultancy is not saturated but rather it is growing, and becoming more mature and professional,”says Udrea.
