OVES Enterprise acquires minority stake in MXT Creation and enters new business field

OVES Enterprise, a Romanian software development company and drone manufacturer, announces the expansion of its activities by entering the field of printed circuit board (PCB) production. This strategic decision responds to the growing demand for integrated and customized technological solutions in sectors such as defense, automotive, and industrial.

Presence in this new market follows an investment of over 300,000 euros in the last two years in prototyping and testing equipment, as well as licenses for simulation and development software. These investments underscore the company’s commitment to providing cutting-edge technological solutions, enabling it to develop embedded boards that precisely meet clients’ requirements, offering complete support from the concept phase to the final product.

The expertise brought by MXT Creation, through its engineers with backgrounds in electronics, telecommunications, and information technology, adds significant value. The embedded boards developed by OVES Enterprise stand out for their use of the latest generation microprocessors, specially configured for AI and RealTime applications, ensuring low power consumption, essential for operations in devices such as drones, missiles, or other defense equipment. Compared to existing alternatives on the market, OVES solutions offer similar performance at a significantly lower cost. Additionally, despite the reduced costs, complexity remains at the highest level, as the company is currently capable of producing 16-layer embedded boards with 136 components, allowing their use in critical applications such as medical equipment, military systems, telecommunications, or advanced control systems, where high-density interconnections and high performance are required.
