Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest welcomes three top level professionals to its team

Three new, top-level professionals, join the team at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest, taking charge of key areas for elevating client experience. Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest has a new Food & Beverage structure.

 

An established name in the field, with +20 years experience and a strong track record both as creator of exquisite menus as well as an Executive, Chef Eric Testa has taken over the role of Culinary Director, overseeing the entire Food and Beverage experience offered by Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest including its new summer outlet, Nami Beach Club & More which will open its doors in June 2024. Eric is leading a team of over 100 professionals. He has demonstrated his outstanding skills in numerous roles in the hospitality industry – among which, Post Opening Task Force Chef de Cuisine at W Budapest, Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Budapest, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and Autograph Collection in Georgia and Ukraine. Born in Malta, Eric had some outstanding achievements over the course of his career, from teaching molecular cuisine in culinary schools in Kiev, to creating private dinners for Formula 1 drivers, royalties, famous international artists, Academy Award winners, football teams such as Real Madrid and Manchester United.

The menu at the new Nami Beach Club, proposed by Chef Eric Testa, features an Asian and Mexican fusion, with premium dishes such as poke bowls, Thai duck salad, pop prawns, lobster rolls, delicious sliders – each dish is guaranteed to be a celebration of exquisite flavors. Chef Eric Testa will take the guests on a culinary journey around the world, with a food menu that will offer surprising fusions such as Hamachi (Japan) with Thai sauce, jalapenos (Mexican) and the unique truffle caviar (European).

Also, a key addition to the F&B team – Eran Tendler, a senior manager with background of 10+ years working within the hospitality sector for a breadth of high-end restaurants worldwide – has taken over the role of Food and Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest. In recent years, Eran has held the roles of Senior Manager for London restaurants such as Jeru Mayfair and Madison Rooftop Terrace, as well as for Yauatcha – part of the Michelin starred group Hakkasan featuring modern Chinese cuisine. With his track record in ensuring a seamless food and beverage experience for sophisticated tastes, Eran will bring a significant luxury touch, elevating restaurants, and bars standards to new heights.

Moreover, Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest announces Raluca Pop as the Operations Manager for Nami Beach Club & More, its new, exclusive summer destination in the heart of the city. Raluca is an accomplished and seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She has successfully coordinated multiple pre-opening ventures both domestically and internationally. With a distinguished background in luxury hospitality, including notable roles at high-end establishments in Qatar such as Katara Galleries Lafayette and The Ned in Doha (part of the prestigious Soho House Inc & Co), she brings a wealth of expertise in operations management, event coordination, and restaurant management.

Located within the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest, on an area of more than 2000 sqm and a direct investment of over 1 million euros, NAMI Beach Club & More will have a capacity of 262 seats, combining a variety of different setting: sunbeds by the pool, designated VIP areas, dedicated family area with specially designed booths, lounge, and Shisha area, tailormade for everyone’s needs. NAMI hosts the largest outdoor swimming pool in the center of Bucharest, as well as the largest heated outdoor jacuzzi in the city, and is Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest’s proposal for an exclusive, complete summertime experience – a sophisticated urban haven, bringing the atmosphere of a premium beach vacation in the heart of the Capital.
