Roxana Botea, the Country Director at Johnson & Johnson Romania, will be a featured speaker at the Innovate Health Forum 2024. Hosted by Business Review Magazine, this pivotal event will take place on May 22, 2024, at the Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca. With a distinguished career at Johnson & Johnson, Roxana brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry, where she has been instrumental in driving innovations and strategic initiatives. 

 

Roxana Botea is the first woman appointed Country Director for Johnson & Johnson Romania. With an experience of over 23 years and 7 industries (17 years in the pharmaceutical sector), Roxana returned to her native country, after an international journey that included important roles in Sweden, Denmark and Belgium. During this time, Roxana Botea coordinated projects in support of patients around the world, her mission being to improve the quality of life of patients through access to medical innovation, open dialogue with authorities, health professionals, as well as social involvement. Roxana Botea is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania) and Chair of its Health Committee, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Romanian Association of International Medicine Manufacturers (ARPIM) and Junior Achievement Romania.
