The Business Review team has selected five of the most influential office projects in Bucharest—some already operating, others still under development—that are enhancing the city’s business profile and attracting new companies to the local market.
Vastint Romania finalised the Business Garden Bucharest office project in the third quarter of 2019. With a surface area of over 43,000 sqm, the project has an occupancy rate of nearly 80 percent. Its main tenants are BCR – Erste Bank, Regina Maria, Sparkware, Veeam, SANAMED, OSF DIGITAL, and Spoonful restaurant.
Business Garden Bucharest is a LEED Platinum certified office project with the highest score in Romania, with its building A having received the third highest score worldwide.
The three office buildings are surrounded by an interior garden with generous green areas, pedestrian walkways with benches, and Wi-Fi facilities for recreational activities. Business Garden Bucharest also has a spacious parking area that includes priority places and electric vehicle charging points.
The surrounding garden offers up to 30 percent green areas for socialising and recreational activities such as ping-pong, basketball or volleyball, facilitated by the multimodal court.
