Carrefour opens new supermarket in Bucharest, takes national network to 45 units

Carrefour Romania has opened its 11^th supermarket in Bucharest and the 45th in the country on Thursday. The supermarket covers 700 sqm and is located in the Minis Square.

Carrefour also runs 25 hypermarkets in Romania.

In addition to hypermarkets and supermarkets, the retailer operates the Carrefour Express proximity store format in partnership with Angst. Three such units have been opened so far in Bucharest.
