Catalin Predoiu is appointed interim PM after government steps down

President Traian Basescu has appointed Catalin Marian Predoiu as interim prime minister after the government led by Emil Boc stepped down this morning.

 Catalin Predoiu is not a member of any party and was Justice minister, first as part of the government led by Calin POpescu Tariceanu and later as part of the government led by Emil Boc.
