Romanian president Klaus Iohannis will be in New York until Friday to attend the 73rd General Assembly of the United Nations.
On Monday, Iohannis will attend the traditional reception offered by US president Donald Trump and his wife Melania in honor of the delegates present in the General Assembly, and on Tuesday he will be at the opening of the high-level general debates on the subject of “Making the United Nations relevant to all people: global leadership and shared responsibilities for peace, equitable and sustainable societies.”
On Wednesday, the president will hold the national intervention as part of the general debates of the UNGA.
