Vodafone Romania names new HR director from Greece

Vodafone Romania said that Fragiski Melissa, human resources director for Vodafone Greece, has been appointed as Vodafone Romania’s HR Director and member of the executive management team, reporting to Vodafone Romania’s CEO, Murielle Lorillou.

She will replace Florin Petrescu, who decided to leave Vodafone at the end of September 2018, upon completion of his mandate. The move is effective as of September 3.

Before joining Vodafone, she has worked for Colgate – Palmolive Greece as regional HR director, including also Romania in her portfolio. Prior to this position, she held various senior management positions with Makro Cash&Carry Greece and KPMG International.

Melissa is a Greek citizen, holds Degree in Psychology from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Master’s Degree from Industrial & Organisational Psychology from University of Columbia and Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from New School for Social Research.

Vodafone Romania has an average number of 3,000 employees as of December 31st 2017.
