RE/MAX Romania, part of the global leader in real-estate expands the network by three offices. The most recent franchises of the company are RE/MAX Vision, in Cluj-Napoca, RE/MAX Liberty Brokers, in Timisoara and RE/MAX Golden Home, in Focsani.
RE/MAX Vision franchise implied an initial investment of approximately EUR 20,000, which will expand by 2019. The Cluj-Napoca agency is operational since February and and its founder Amalia Velican bets on a long-term development of the real estate market in Cluj.
RE/MAX Liberty Brokers is operational starting April 10 in Timisoara and is owned by Dan Sarmeș and implied an investment of approximately EUR 9,000, but will reach EUR 15,000 until the finalization of procedures necessary for the office opening.
Also at the beginning of this year, RE/MAX Golden Home in Focsani entered the company’s portfolio. It is owned by Danut Bezea. According to him, both the local real estate market, as well as the national market is in increase and this is why he invested in this area.
Re/MAX brokered last year over 1,500 real estate transactions, up by 50 percent compared with 2016.
