M&A alert. American company buys Romanian B2B trade platform TradeBoss.com, with over 650,000 users

The American merchandise transaction platform SoOum has signed an intention letter to buy TradeBoss.com, a global trade platform B2B from Romania, according to profit.ro.

TradeBoss.com, launched in 2002, has 655,400 registered members and is operated by Tradeholding, the company with headquarter in Satu Mare. In 2016, Tradeholding posted a turnover of RON 2.9 million, a profit of RON 267,300 and over 40 employees.

SoOum, with the headquarter in New York, is specialized in operations of merchandise arbitrage.
