Company operating Accessorize enters bankruptcy at its own request

The Bucharest Tribunal approved in June the request of the company that operates Accessorize in Romania, ACC Accesorii Trading, to enter bankruptcy, after recording debts of over RON 4.2 million and losses of RON 1.3 million at the end of 2015.

The Tribunal approved on June 16 the request through simplified procedure of the debtor. The individual office of insolvency Ghercu Marin & Insolv Legal TN IPURL was appointed temporary legal liquidator, according to the information of Bucharest Tribunal site.

The next term in the case of the company’s bankruptcy is scheduled for October 2.

In 2015 the company had debts of RON 4.57 million, according to the Finance Ministry.
