Raluca Maria Tincu was appointed inspector general of the Fiscal Anti-fraud General Directorate, part of the structure of the National Agency of Fiscal Administration. The appointment was made by means if PM’s decision.
The decision was published in the Official Gazette no. 0429, issued 9 June 2017. Previously, Tincu was deputy general director with the General Directorate of appeals and was in charge of coordinating the activity of finding solutions to appeals.
Between 1999-2010 she coordinated the fiscal activity at a national level as a senior advisor with the General Directorate of fiscal inspection. Tinu has a Bachelor’s degree in Law, which she obtained from the University of Craiova and a Bachelor’s degree issued by the Spiru Haret University in Bucharest, Faculty of Finance – Banks.
She is replacing Petre-Dragos Voinescu, who was dismissed in March by PM Sorin Grindeanu. Marin-Marius Florea former director with the Fiscal Inspection with the Giurgiu Finance County Directorate.
