The number of registered cars went up by 25 percent in May to 12,500 compared with the same period of 2016, according to a release of the Department for Driving Licenses and Registration of Cars (DRPCIV).
The highest growth was registered in utility vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (61 percent) and cars (27 percent).
The highest number of requests were for Dacia brand (1,645), a growth by 9.5 percent compared with May 2016, Volkswagen (1,023), up by 76 percent compared with May 2016 and Skoda (755), a growth by 5 percent compared with May 2016.
