Baumix takes over Siegel Chemical operations

The undisclosed transaction value is estimated at several million euro, according to sources on the market.
Siegel Chemicals accounted for sales of EUR 1.64 million in 2006. Baumix registered EUR 4.9 million in 2006 turnover, with EUR 8.5 million in turnover plans this year.
