SAP relocates to S-Park

The agencies in charge of renting spaces within the park are Eurisko and DTZ Echinox. Tenants include ING, renting 9,400 sqm, Zapp renting 2,400 sqm, Wizrom with 2,000 sqm and Brau Union with 1,800 sqm.
S-Park was acquired earlier this year by Austrian investment fund Immoeast following a transaction valued at EUR 101.5 million. SAP, the German company with HQ in Walldorf, is listed on several stock exchanges such as Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
