Romanian projects get MAPIC recognition

Iulius Group developer has been awarded for Palas Iasi project with the Estates Gazette Retail & Future Project Award. Nisco Invest, the developer of Akademia Center project in Cluj, received the award for EG Retail and Future Project. Cushman & Wakefield has become the first Retail Knowledge Partner of MAPIC. MAPIC 2007 exhibited projects from Baneasa Developments, Sonae Sierra, Dawnay Day, Plaza Centers and GTC. Most of the investors and developers running projects on the Romanian market were present at this edition of the trade.
