Niro Investment Group joins forces with Chinese for Niro Towers project

Niro Group plans to start the development of Niro Towers project in Q1 of 2008, following an investment of EUR 32 million, according to sources on the market. The project consists of a four-star hotel located in northern Bucharest. The two buildings that form the hotel will have 20 and 24 levels respectively. Built on 3,345 sqm of land, they will deliver 286 rooms of an average 35 sqm of built area, restaurants, coffee shops, parking space, conference rooms and a shopping gallery.
