Ozer goes from construction to development

Apart from a project already started in Valea Prahovei, a residential compound called Belleview Sinaia, Ozer will put EUR 15 million into 150 apartments in the Aviatiei area of Bucharest. With works scheduled to begin in the second half of this year, the two-block compound is set for delivery in 20 months. The company is also preparing a larger project in the south of the city, on an 11-hectare plot.
The EUR 25 million project in Sinaia will bring 344 holiday apartments, which should be ready in 2009. Ozer is working as a construction company on projects such as Multigalaxy Office Building, Oxford Gardens and Felicity residential projects.
