Bpv Grigorescu moves to new HQ

The law firm plans to add 10 more people to its team, and has thus decided to locate its office in the historical Miclescu-Bossy villa in downtown Bucharest. The property provides office space for 40 people and offers the possibility to expand into a connected building which is part of the second stage development of the property.
Bpv Grigorescu was involved in three major acquisitions last year: the sale of RTC Holding's Best Distribution to the Greek company CD Media, the acquisition of sales and marketing outsourcing company BIP by British company IMSG and the sale of RTC Holding subsidiary Pay Store to PayPoint.
Mergers & acquisitions contributed more than 40 percent to bpv Grigorescu's overall turnover last year, which was slightly over EUR 2.3 million.
