FM Logistics puts EUR 42 mln into two warehouse projects

FM Logistics has already completed the first phase of the logistics project in Timisoara, where the company is currently headquartered. The entire warehouse project in Timisoara will expand over 85,000 sqm.
The second project will be built on 22 hectares of land in Petresti, close to Bucharest.
It will feature 120,000 sqm of warehousing space. FM Logistics entered the Romanian market in 2004 and owns six warehouses in Bucharest and Timisoara.
The company estimates a turnover of EUR 18 million this year in Romania, up 30 percent on last year.
