Ice Properties starts work on EUR 120 mln mall in Arad

The future project will cover 55,000 sqm, of which the two-floored mall will make up 37,000 sqm, and the hypermarket and the DIY store some 8,000 sqm each.
According to developers' announcements, Arad should become home to several shopping malls. AFI Europe has announced plans for AFI Arad Palace in the city, while Carpathian is planning to build its Atrium Center project in the vicinity. GTC is also building a Galleria shopping mall in Arad, while Meinl European Land is also planning its West Gate project in the city. Armonia Arad, developed by RED and owned by Immoeast, has already opened in the city.
