Teilor implements SoftOne’s business suite applications

Teilor Fine Jewellery Network has implemented SoftOne’s business suite applications. The company, which has had a resounding success in recent years on the Romanian market, opted for the most advanced management solutions available at the moment: Soft1 ERP, Soft1 CRM, Soft1 360 (Enterprise Mobility solution of SoftOne) and the Intelligence module Artificial – EVA.

It is an important step for Teilor, which currently has 34 stores in the main cities of the country, and whose turnover has tripled over the last three years. Innovation is the key word that Teilor has based on organic business development, and cutting-edge software technology from SoftOne and top-level ERP provider services respond in detail to the demands of a luxury jewelry retailer.

The implementation of Soft1 ERP will support and simplify the efforts of the Commercial department, linking physical stores with its presence in e-commerce, and Teilor owning an online store starting in 2013. In addition, the application will automate the operational flows in the purchasing, sales, financial, HR and production departments, and optimize inter-departmental collaboration, ensuring complete automation of the company. Everything will be possible with the help of the Machine Leaning and Artificial Intelligence technologies that SoftOne has developed over the past few years. Moreover, SoftOne applications will allow access to a wide range of reports that give management at any time a correct and relevant image of the most important business information.
