Sony announced that it would release four new TV models in 2019 – XG83, XG81, XG80 and XG70. The size of these TV screens varies to suit any room, regardless of its size. The Sony audio and video technologies available on these models are recommended for those who want to experience the unique 4K HDR experience.

The XG83 includes the Sony X1 4K HDR image processor with Object-based HDR remaster and Super Bit Mapping HDR technology to reproduce images with greater depth, texture and natural colors. Images are much better defined and more realistic due to high levels of brightness.

The XG83, XG81, XG80 and XG70 series use image processing power for impeccable viewing. 4K X-Reality PRO improves and redefines each image as close to 4K as possible and constantly reveals refined details and shades, while the TRILUMINOS screen ensures that all colors are displayed as close to reality as each shade and shade is faithfully reproduced. TVs also bring a touch of style to any apartment thanks to the premium aluminum frame (XG83) or smooth aluminum (XG81, XG80, XG70) and the stand that hides the cables and keeps them in order.

In terms of smart features, the XG83, XG81 and XG80 models use Sony Android TV that supports a wide range of Google Play applications, including YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video and more. Another smart embedded technology on the XG83, XG81 and XG80 is Google Assistant. Users can give voice commands via remote controls, using Google Assistant to plan their day, discover new content, or start watching TV shows, serials, movies, and more2. The XG70 incorporates an Internet search engine that is perfect for watching shows and movies through streaming applications like Netflix and Youtube, applications that are just a click away.

Prices for the new models have not yet been announced.
