Huawei launched on the Romanian market MediaPad M5 tablet, created for entertainment enthusiasts. The 10.8 inch screen tablet is available for a recommended retail price of RON 1,700.

The tablet has an ergonomically design and a 2.5D glass for protection. The display is 2K and there are four Harman Kardon speakers to provide the best multimedia experience.

The proprietary Huawei Histen technology offers immersive 3D sound through speakers and gives full Hi-Res for exceptional sound quality. Huawei ClariVu technology uses intelligent algorithms to adjust contrast frames and tones in contrast ratio to provide a better viewing experience.

“Romanians love music, movies and, in general, video content delivered to mobile devices, as shown by all current market studies. So it was normal to meet their desires with a premium product that would give them a multimedia experience beyond expectations: the new Huawei MediaPad M5 tablet is the embodiment of Huawei’s sound and screen innovation and also a standard of technology elegance,” said Zachary Jianglinchao, director of Romania’s Huawei Consumer Business Group.

The tablet also incorporates Eye Comfort mode, which reduces harmful blue light to facilitate ease of reading, and its display automatically adjusts to the temperature and color of light in the environment. In addition, users will enjoy entertainment and games for hours with the 7500 mAh (TYP) battery and Smart Power-Saving technology.

The tablet market is still shrinking after users realization that there are not many functions that a tablet can provide, being also hit by the increasing size of the smartphones. Today, the tablets are used mainly for entertainment and for some apps that can replace a laptop.
