Villar Group invests EUR 11 million in the residential project Vida Herastrau

Villar Group, the real estate developer which previously build Vitan Business Center and Dorobanti Office Building, is now investing EUR 11 million in a new high-end residential scheme of 86 apartments, named Vida Herstrau, close to Herastrau Park.

Vida Herastrau is located in a premium area of Bucharest, near Herastrau Park, behind Ponderas/Regina Maria Hospital. The compound has a large mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with generous terraces, in a low-height building, with five floors.

“Clients don’t just shop for an apartment, they look now for communities where they can redefine their lifestyle. That’s why we decided to develop in the most dynamic area of Bucharest a qualitative residential product and to offer facilities such as socializing areas in two generous lobbies and one interior garden”, said Avi Sigalat, project manager for Vida Herastrau.

Avi Sigalat is a renowned engineer in construction field, with an experience of more than 40 years. His professional portfolio comprises of AFI Cotroceni shopping mall, AFI Mall Moscow, numerous residential compounds in Israel and luxury hotels in Germany and Spain.

The developer started the pre-sale campaign this spring and has signed reservations for 10% of the available stock. The construction started one year ago, and the project will be delivered to the buyers in autumn 2019.

The Villar Group is a public company whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in Israel since 1993, present on the Romanian market since 2002 in various real estate projects.
