Rustler wins facility management contracts for NEPI-Rockastle and WDP projects

Rustler Romania is expanding its facility management portofolio with Shopping Center Ramnicu Valcea of NEPI Rockastle and Decathlon Logistics Center and Timisoara’s Dunca Logistic Center, of WDP.

NEPI-Rockcastle investments are part of the commercial building area, with 27,900 sqm of space. WDP points through the Decathlon Logistics Center a total area of approximately 29,000 sqm, and the Dunca Logistics Center in Timisoara totals 34,500 sqm, consisting of class A logistic warehouses.
