The first 600 apartments in Onix Park North Area Residence, the largest residential complex in construction in the Aviatiei – Pipera Road area, will be delivered in 2019, following an investment of EUR 32 million, in the construction of both homes and facilities. The project is developed by a company controlled by Mohammad Murad, one of the biggest hotel owners in Romania.

The construction of the first phase of Onix Park began five months ago, with about 150 homes having been sold so far. The 600 dwellings are grouped into two buildings with a low height regime (GF + 4 floors) and a building with a height G + P + 11 floors, which will be completed in June and November 2019, respectively.

In total, Onix Park North Area Residence will include approximately 2,000 homes, making it the largest residential complex in the Aviatiei – Pipera Road area.

”Even though many projects have been announced in the area, the housing supply in development is low considering the tens of thousands of people working in the Barbu Vacarescu – Pipera areas. The project facilities and the attractive prices are other factors that have already led to the contracting of about a quarter of the homes in the first phase,” says Maria Andrei, the project’s sales manager.

At this time, two-room apartments with two bathrooms, three-room apartments and penthouses are available for sale, with areas ranging from 70 square meters and prices starting at EUR 64,600 + 5 percent VAT.

Onix Park is located in the northern area of Bucharest, close to the office projects developed in the Barbu Vacarescu – Floreasca – Pipera area. The project is developed by Onix Residence, a developer who has completed more than 1,000 apartments in projects such as Onix Residence, located in the Orhideea area of Bucharest, and Onix Blue Mamaia North, located on the seaside.
