Luxuria Residence compound received ‘Best Upscale Project’ award offered by THE TIMES – Investing in Property

Luxuria Residence, the first residential project in the country with BREEAM Excellent certification, won the ‘Best Upscale Residential Project’ award given by the prestigious real estate publication “THE TIMES – Investing in Property”. The award is a recognition of the unique housing concept, with integrated facilities, which Impact Developer & Contractor implements in the luxury compound from Expoziției.

The Times – Investing in Property editorial team awarded Impact for the activity and results obtained in the development of Luxuria Residence, the first project of the company that addresses the premium segment of the residential market. The nomination was made on the basis of information and data collected from the market, analysed and evaluated by an independent jury, consisting of professionals with experience in real estate, along with members of the editorial team The Times – Investing in Property. The evaluation took place in 2019, and the award was to be announced at the Launch and Award Gala, but in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the award ceremony was postponed.

The selection criteria analysed on the basis of which the award was given were: the construction quality, the energy efficiency, the innovation and the concept of housing with integrated facilities. The results positioned the Impact developer among the 10 companies that inspired and dominated the real estate market in Romania, thus being one of the leaders of the residential market, due to its expertise and innovation in the development of reference projects, such as Luxuria.
