One United Properties moves its headquarters to One North Gate business park

One United Properties moved its headquarters One North Gate building, located in the center of the new Metropolitan area of Bucharest. After spending a decade in a villa on Dacia Boulevard, the company centralizes all its operations at One North Gate, where it occupies over 15 percent of the rentable area of the property.

The new office space in which One United Properties team will put into practice new real estate ideas and landmark projects for Romanian market, yet appreciated and recognized internationally, has been designed by Lemon Interior Design. The company founded by Cristina Căpitanu and Elena Oancea signs the interior design and project management of this special project. One United Properties new offices benefit from some of the most courageous design combinations, with impressive objects both at artistic, visual and practical level, and with multiple utilities. “The restoration of the space would have normally taken about half a year, but we managed to set it in two and a half months, so it was a considerable creation and implementation effort, but trully rewarding. We chose a modern, warm style, with contemporary accents and statement elements, with a few colorful dots that attract attention. At the same time, we used a combination of office objects with wellbeing ones”, said Elena Oancea, Lemon Office Design partner.

Over EUR 1 million was invested in a process of refurbishment and the new concept of lobby and common spaces for One North Gate and its transformation into a state-of-the-art office, which offers a modern workspace, integrating office and wellness elements, but also the latest technology available for those who work there. The investment in refurbishment aims to certify One North Gate business park in the BREEAM system, aiming for “BREEAM Excellent”. The new concept of the lobby, the inner courtyard and the common spaces emphasize the development of social and relaxation areas through contemporary design. It is also signed by the Lemon Interior Design team, known for their innovative projects in the luxury residential segment.

One North Gate business park is located in the center of the Bucharest Metropolitan area, near Promenada Mall and Aurel Vlaicu and Pipera (Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard) metro stations. With a total rentable area (GLA) of 23,000 sqm in two buildings and 504 parking spaces, One North Gate offers functional and efficient office spaces in the fastest growing area of Bucharest.
