Lori Collin (Lion’s Head), confirmed speaker at BR’s Realty Forum

Lori Collin, senior advisor at Lion’s Head, will speak during the 17th edition of Realty Forum, the leading Romanian real estate event organized by Business Review on June 19 at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel.

Collin will join the Opening Session | Major NEW investment projects on the local real estate market.

Lion’s Head Investments entered on the local real estate market this year after announcing plans to acquire office project Oregon Park from Portland Trust and Ares Management.

The company is focused on the Central and Eastern Europe area and has a portfolio comprising 150,000 sqm of office space worth EUR 310 million. The company is a joint-venture between South Africa’s Old Mutual Property and AG Capital.

During Realty Forum 2018, around 200 industry professionals will get together for a half-day forum set to spot new opportunities and trends in the industry and act as a platform for new potential partnerships and unique networking opportunities.
