3house, a new all-inclusive workspace concept, has announced the opening of its second space in Bucharest, in the Equilibrium building, developed by Skanska on Gara Herastrau Street.

With a  total surface area of 3,370 sqm, 3house Aurel Vlaicu-Equilibrium will be officially inaugurated in the fall of 2019, following an estimated investment of EUR 1.8 million.

The space will include fully furnished and equipped office space for teams of various sizes, co-working and leisure areas, meeting rooms, an event space and an own-brand bistro. Integrated services for companies and teams will also be provided, along with a series of benefits for increased quality of life.

“3house offers a new approach to the ideal work environment based on the needs identified in companies and their teams. From design to the quality and diversity of services, 3house aims to create a valuable experience for its members during work days, helping them become better at everything they want to do. In this context, the collaboration with Skanska came naturally and we thank Cushman & Wakefield for having facilitated this partnership. We are glad to have a presence in a top location in the capital and we found that Equilibrium’s concept was based on the same philosophy as ours,” said Vlad Craioveanu, co-founder and CEO of 3house.

Equilibrium by Skanska

“The flexible offices segment continues to expand on the local market in line with trends on the western markets. Developers are aware of the need to respond to the demand for modern offices from startups and small and mid-sized companies that, in time, can turn into regular tenants. 3house’s innovative concept is adapted to the local market and comes with a range of services comparable to the one in the hotel industry, and it has found its match in the Equilibrium project, developed by Skanska in the city’s most compact office area. The building will have substantially improved access through the enlargement of Fabrica de Glucoza street and the recently opened motorway between Petricani Road and the Bucharest Ring Road,” said Eduard Turcoman, Office Agency Director at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

3house is a company developed by two Romanian entrepreneurs: Vlad Craioveanu, who successfully introduced the concept of co-working in Romania in 2012 with Impact Hub Bucharest and Ilinca Paun, CEO of The Entrepreneurship Academy, a prestigious business school in Romania.
