J2 Evolution to build a residential complex near Stejarii Country Club

A new residential complex will be build on Jandarmeriei Street, near Stejarii Country Club, by J2 Evolution, the owner of Therme wellness complex, according to Ziarul Financiar. The land that will be built on is around six hectares.

The residential complex is the first project of this type developed by A-Heat Group, the owner of J2 Evolution. The group also has the Therme complex and the manufacturer of household appliances Jaeggi Industries in Sibiu.
